Sales Manager

American Eagle Outfitters is a fast-growing, national distributor of industrial supplies and specialty door hardware. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead all sales efforts by providing the highest level of customer service to our existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will be able to achieve the company’s sales goals while demonstrating a strong attention to detail in their work.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation packages based on the individual’s experience and ability to contribute to the company’s growth. Our base salary is commensurate with experience and is typically supplemented by commission. We offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, vacation, and holiday time.

Requirements:
·Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a related field or equivalent.
·Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
